Prosemble has received results from ongoing test of its protein nanoparticles in CD34+ humanised NCG mice. The results indicate excellent immunogenicity, with no B-cell activation, minimal cytokine production, and T-cell activation only due to natural ageing. Next stage: biodistribution and efficacy.
